WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?

Personal Training is a service that I offer to people who wish to work on their fitness goals privately, on a 1-on-1 basis.

My focus will be to bring the best program to you that will help you achieve your fitness goals the fastest way possible.

Do you offer outdoor sessions?

Not during the winter, but between March - October, yes.

WHERE ARE THE SESSIONS HELD?

Sessions are conducted at Blackheath at Core Studio and Orpington at CrossFit Orpington.

I am a beginner, can you coach me?

Absolutely!

It doesn’t matter if you are a regular gym goer or if you just starting out with your fitness journey, I can help.

How often should I be working out?

This will depend on various things, like your fitness goals, how fast you want to achieve them, how much time you have and of course, your budget.

For beginner, I advise to start with 2 sessions/week and build things up from there.
