A 30 minute long class where we will be focusing on mobility only!
Opening the hip flexors up, working on the hamstrings and calves and many more important movements to help you move better in your every day.
This 30 minute core class will be focusing on strengthening your core and gluteus.
We will be working the entire abdominal wall, including the obliques and adding some gluteus and hamstring work in there for maximum result.
The 30 minute HIIT class will consist of a short warm-up, HIIT workout and a cool-down.
Workout will be based on bodyweight movements, but we may use dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted plates, resistance bands and slam balls at times.
